June 10, 2009: Birding Weymouth Woods Nature Preserve, North Carolina and Flights Home

I had some spare time today to spend at Weymouth Woods Sandhills Nature Preserve in Pembroke Pines, NC. Great place! The staff here were very friendly and helpful, and this was one of the more interesting places I have visited! Plus I did very well on the target birds I came for! I did miss out on Bachman's Sparrow (Paul from Detroit and I looked for quite awhile) - but a good excuse for a return visit! Then, later today, I flew home to Buffalo via Altanta, so flight photos are also included.
