February 21, 2008: Birding Amherst Island and Ottawa, Ontario

Today we got in some nice owling / birding at two locations, the Kingston Field Naturalists "Owl Woods" (link) on Amherst Island. Then, we headed up to the Ottawa area for a shot at the Great Grey and Northern Hawk Owl (got both, but not a good photo of the Hawk Owl!)
We had a great Thai dinner at a restaurant in suburban Kanata, called "Sukhothai". Great meal! (link)
