BACKYARD FEEDER PHOTOS
My lens came back from repair, so it was time to get some of the Springtime feeder action in our yard!!! See below ....
The White-Breasted Nuthatch is here all-year round, but we have been seeing a lot of him lately.
One of our (many) Chipping Sparrows is enjoying the St. Anthony feeder, but not for long!
The Nuthatch has taken it over!
And now he is done....
We have had a couple dozen Goldfinches coming to the thistle feeders lately.
The Rose-Breasted Grosbeaks are also back!!Other recent returns in our neighborhood for spring not photographed yet are the Baltimore Oriole, House Wren, Yellow Warbler, Great Crested Flycatcher, and Wood Thrush.
