This morning, we took the Whooping Crane boat tour out of Fulton Harbor, led by Rockport Adventurs. (Link). We cannot say enough about how wonderful of a tour this was. Captain Tommy Moore was a great host! This tour was WELL worth the money. We got oustanding Whooping Crane looks, which you will see below, but even beyond that, we saw a lot more cool stuff! A great time!
We also had a great lunch in Fulton at the Moon Dog restaurant, just down the road from the MV Skimmer. GREAT lunch! The Crab cakes appetizer and Grouper sandwich were outstanding, and it was realxing to sit out on the patio and enjoy the view.

That's actually pretty funny because I remember this one time I went on a family vacation and on this family vacation while being in San Francisco I took a steady picture of a seagull that was simply standing still. And right before I took the picture Mr. Seagull here decided to spread its wings and take off! But... Little did the bird know I took probably the nicest picture in the world of the seagull in mid air with wings completely expanded in mid flight. Sounds cool ey?? :)
Cool! It is always cool when you can get an 'action shot' like that...
