On January 15, the same winter storm that devastated much of the Midwest hit here in Western New York. Fortunately for us, it was not that severe in our area. We got about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of ice, just under the threshold where it would start to cause damage. It turned to rain sooner than they thought, so it didn't ice up any more. After the first half of the winter being so warm, I guess we can't complain! Below are some pictures I took of the ice:
